Annunziata General Contracting oversees marina redevelopment

Tequesta, Fla—JupiterPointe Club & Marina revealed that it has granted Annunziata General Contracting, LLC a management contract to supervise the $150-million marina redevelopment.

Steven Annunziata, president of Annunziata General Contracting, and Elliot Johnson, project manager, will supervise the destruction of existing structures, design, and development of a horizontal infrastructure and the erection of an 85,000-square-foot boat storage facility, intended to withstand category 5 hurricanes.

Annunziata Contracting is a certified state-licensed contractor and a leading Palm Beach builder with more than 25 years of experience. “We’ve seen the work of Annunziata General Contracting and are confident in their detailed, high-quality workmanship,” said Robert Miller, president of development firm Main Street, which owns JupiterPointe Club & Marina.

The project is scheduled to complete in early 2009. Along with the storage facility, the project also includes constructing a 6,000-square-foot club house, swimming pool, and a waterfront cocktail tiki bar and grill.
