Coastal Marina Sales Brokers Sale of Sunset Harbor Marina

Sunset Harbor Marina, a 200 unit wet and dry storage marina located in Essex, Maryland, was sold in December 2021.  The marina property has a modern 39,000 square foot dry storage building along with multiple service and repair buildings, a full ship’s store, and a residence on site.  The new owners own several other marinas and intend to expand the dry storage building capacity and the services offered at the marina. A third-party marina management company will be responsible for the day-to-day operations.
