Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Garrison Bight Marina To Suntex

Simply Marinas brokered the sale of Garrison Bight Marina located on Key West in the Florida Keys. This was a confidential offering and was sold to Suntex Marinas.

The only full-service marina on the island of Key West with dry storage, Garrison Bight offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The property is on the north side of the island with close proximity to hotels, shops, and restaurants. The onsite Thai Island Restaurant has the largest menu of any Thai restaurant on the island and a large deck overlooking the marina.

The marina consists of approximately 20 wet slips and 213 dry slips and houses a large variety of charters from deep sea fishing to dolphin watching to back country cruising. In addition, the marina has one of the largest parts and marine hardware inventories on Key West, is an authorized Yamaha parts provider, and has certified Yamaha mechanics on staff. The facility also offers a ship’s store and a fuel dock with deepwater access.
