Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Channel Club Marina

The Simply Marinas team, as marina and investment advisors, facilitated the sale of Channel Club Marina, in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. The deal was brokered in partnership with Coldwell Banker Commercial Argus Real Estate. Suntex Marinas was the buyer of the property.

Channel Club Marina is a first-class trophy acquisition and an iconic fixture in the area with a resort-like setting on four acres in fee-simple. The marina has been well maintained with new floating docks constructed in 2013/2014. The high-volume restaurant and banquet facility underwent a significant rebuild and expansion in 2014/2015. The facility has 144 slips at near full occupancy, a fuel dock, pump-out, haul-out capability, and multiple third-party tenants. The service component and restaurant will be operated by a third-party tenant under the new ownership.
