Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Roosevelt Lake Marina

Simply Marinas in partnership with Coldwell Banker Northland recently brokered the sale of Roosevelt Lake Marina and RV Park in Roosevelt, Arizona to Suntex Marinas LLC. The brokerage team managed the sale as a quiet confidential offering presented to select buyers from the Simply Marinas Network. Prequalified buyers participated in a competitive bidding process with a short timeline. The team secured an executed agreement within weeks. 

The 70-acre marina, which was renovated in 2018, has 258 floating wet slips with a potential expansion upside to add 242 additional wet slips, 146 dry storage units, and 50 RV pads with full hookups. The onsite restaurant Ffinches, named for David Ffinch, the founder of the marina, is a popular spot for marina guests and locals.  

The marina also features boat and water toy rentals, pay-at-the-pump fuel, and a launch ramp. A concierge service that offers everything from jump starts and pumpouts to towing, launch, and recovery, is a draw for boaters.  

To date, the business has enjoyed consistent year-over-year revenue growth. This, along with the marina’s expansion upside, proved attractive to local and national buyers who expressed immediate strong interest in the facility.
