TPG Marinas Expands Management Portfolio

TPG Hotels & Resorts, and its marina management affiliate, TPG Marinas, one of the nation’s premier marina management companies, has assumed management of six east coast marinas for Epum Holdings.

The marinas in the portfolio include:

- Mystic Point, Mystic, Connecticut
- Spicer’s Marina, Groton, Connecticut
- Noank Shipyard, Groton, Connecticut
- Glastonbury Marina, Glastonbury, Connecticut
- Sunset Harbor, Essex, Maryland
