The Simply Marinas team has brokered the sale of Waterline Marina, located in Eau Gallie, Florida. 

The transaction was handled confidentially with an exclusive buyer of Simply Marinas purchasing the property. 

The marina is absentee owned and consists of 110 slips that bring in most of the facility’s income as Eau Gallie Harbor is one of the safest hurricane holes on Florida’s East Coast and one of the most scenic. The entire Harbor has been dredged to a 12’ average depth, previously 5’. The sale includes a building with an apartment and an office, as well as restrooms and showers. The facility also houses a clubhouse and a small cottage. The marina is gated and has individual electric meters.  

The current owner plans to add floating docks, and upgrades to transform the property into a first-class marina.
