NMDA Announces Supplier of the Year Award Winners

Sea-Dog Line, ARCO and Gold Eagle are the winners of the 2024 National Marine Distributors Association (NMDA) Supplier of the Year awards. The awards were announced during the NMDA Awards Luncheon, July 24 held during S.T.E.P. in Rosemont, IL.

The Diamond category was won by Sea-Dog Line. The Everett, Washington-based company, is a leading supplier of over 5,500 marine dock, deck and rigging hardware items, 12-volt electrical/lighting and ventilation accessories. The runner-up in this category was Trident Rubber.

ARCO Marine won the Platinum category. ARCO Marine was established in 1960 and is a source for high-quality alternators, inboard and outboard starts and tilt/trim motors. The company manufactures in America to the highest standards of quality control and testing. The runner-up in this category was Star brite.

In the Gold category, Gold Eagle was announced as the winner. Gold Eagle was started in 1932 in a small Chicago storefront to prevent and cure the toughest engine problems. The company has evolved beyond the engine to offer complete protection for all things from cars to boats to recreation equipment. Gold category runner-up was CE Smith.

Special Focus awards in each category were also presented. These awards are scored by adding together the categories that are appropriate and are awarded to the company that scored the highest in each category.
