National Marina Sales brokered the sale of Rivertowne Marina and Tucker’s Landing RV Park on the Ohio River near Cincinnati, Ohio to Morningstar Properties LLC. This 50+ acre facility (all owned in fee) has two large rack-storage barns and two single-level storage barns. It is the largest dry storage marina in the Cincinnati area.

Additional covered and uncovered floating docks accommodate large and smaller vessels. A new 83-pad RV Park with fire pits and views overlooking the river is meticulously appointed.
