TopSide Acquires Bay Marine Properties

TopSide Marinas recently acquired two more marinas on Lake Michigan: Bay Marine of Sturgeon Bay and Bay Marine of Chicago, near TopSide’s Larsen Marine. This brings TopSide’s total number of marinas to 10 across six states since their launch in 2020.

Both Matt and Mark Felhofer, previous owners of Bay Marine in Sturgeon Bay and Bay Marine Chicago, will continue to own and manage Bay Marine Yacht Sales, leasing space at both locations and aiming to expand throughout the region.

TopSide Marinas is committed to providing exceptional service and facilities for boaters, elevating each marina’s offerings while preserving its unique charm and character.

TopSide also offers “finder’s fees” to anyone who helps the company find marinas interested in partnering. If TopSide acquires the marina, the finder’s fee is $75,000.
