Marine Brokerage Advisors Announces Successful Closing of SeaHunter Marina

Marina Brokerage Advisors announced the successful closing of SeaHunter Marina at Manatee Bay located in Key Largo. The property was closed by the buyer just 37 days after the purchase agreement was executed. The new ownership has plans to expand the dry storage facility and accommodate larger vessels.

As part of the transaction, a sale-leaseback agreement was structured, allowing the sellers to retain oversight and continue managing the sales and service operations on-site. SeaHunter will continue offering boat sales at the location.
