MyTaskit Connects to QuickBooks

MyTaskit software can now be integrated with Intuit QuickBooks and QuickBooks online.

MyTaskit’s service team coordination software platform, MyTaskit Pro, allows a transfer of timesheet data directly into QuickBooks providing talk-to-text for service technicians to enter job details without having to cut and paste or type. MyTaskit Pro provides work assignments to technicians who can then log their hours and notes. This data is then loaded into a service report which is downloaded to QuickBooks where the imported data is used to create an invoice. Photos and documents can be directly attached to the invoice to provide further information to customers.

Future phases of the integration with QuickBooks include the ability to move customer data out of QuickBooks and directly into MyTaskit and finally the delivery of complete two-way, real-time integration.
