Nantucket Boat Basin Turns 50

Nantucket Boat Basin is celebrating its 50-year anniversary with a slate of offers and events for both customers and first-time visitors. The month of June will be busy with Throwback Weekend from  June 1 to 3, where transient boaters will be honored with nightly docking rates from 1968; June 9 will be “Touch a Boat Day” inviting families to tour the marina and visiting lobster boats and Coast Guard vessels; and June 15 to 16 is the inaugural Father’s Day Fishing Tournament.

In coordination with nearby Cottages & Lofts at the Nantucket Boat Basin, guests to both locations will receive a $50 Nantucket Island Resort Credit throughout the season and in collaboration with Cisco Brewers, the facility is offering limited-edition bottles of Cranberry Pinot Gris infused with locally harvested cranberries and wrapped in Nantucket Boat Basin 50th Anniversary labels.
