Floating Dock Replaced at PGA Marina

Marinetek North America is supplying new floating docks for PGA Marina & Boating Center, located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The facility, which has 395 dry slips, is undergoing major renovations both upland and on the water.

The new floating aluminum docks, which consist of high-stability concrete floats and ipe hardwood decking, will replace the marina’s existing dock, which is used for side-ties. Other dock features include adjustable cleats, internal pile guides and electrical power and water service. Installation of the new docks, which will be anchored with 14-inch square concrete pre-stressed piles, began in late February.
