AMI and ABBRA Release Wage Rate Survey

The Association of Marina Industries (AMI) and the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association (ABBRA) released the 2022 Wage Rate survey in November. The survey collected data on benefits, salaried and hourly wages, and hours worked per week, across 14 different job categories.

This year the study includes information on technical positions including marine service manager, marine engine technician, and more. They received 147 responses providing data on over 1,000 employees at marinas and boatyards nationwide. 

The contents include breakdowns by region, type, ownership, size, type of slips, and location.
