Become a Clean and Resilient Marina Professional
Published on May 16, 2024Registration is open for the Association of Marina Industries’ next Clean and Resilient Marina Professional courses. Industry experts Tom Delotto, CMM, CMSM, CRMP, director of safety and compliance for Suntex Marinas, and Margaret Boshek, PE, Peng, senior coastal engineer at Moffatt & Nichol, will lead discussions and share insights on best practices for running a clean and resilient marina operation.
Course content will include:
- Stormwater, sewage and greywater management
- Vessel maintenance and repair
- Petroleum control and hazardous waste management
- Marina Operations and Boater Education
- Increasing resilience through climate adaptation and sea level rise strategies
A virtual class will be held on consecutive Mondays and Tuesdays, August 5 to 14, and an in-person training will be held November 12 to 14 at the Landing School in Maine. Register and learn more here.
