Celebrating 10 Years of Docks

On December 2, 2015, the Docks Expo debuted at the St. Louis Union Station Hilton Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. Nearly 350 industry members attended the conference and visited the 72 exhibitors on the tradeshow floor. In conjunction with the trade show, the conference included education sessions designed to focus on important topics and issues impacting the marine industry. Electrical design, dock customization, employee retention and electric shock drowning were some of the topics the speakers addressed during the conference.

Fast forward to a decade later, and Marina Dock Age is gearing up for the 10th anniversary of the Docks Expo and Marina Conference. After spending two years in the St. Louis area, the conference headed south in 2017, taking up residency at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennesee. The conference has continued to expand from year to year, with more exhibitors on the tradeshow floor and three days of education sessions.

COVID-19 forced the 2020 Docks Expo to transition to a virtual education series, where 18 speakers covered a wide range of timely topics during the seminars.
