Customer Portal

Pacsoft International’s customer portal app allows customers to enter and edit customer and vessel information, and upload certificates and similar documentation. Contracts and work orders can be sent for approval to customers who are validated through the app sign-in. Bulk and individual messaging can be completed without additional SMS costs.
