Dock Upgrades at New Jersey Marina

Golden Manufacturing and Borel Docks Marine Construction have completed upgrades to Toms River Marine and Motorsports in New Jersey. Located on the Toms River, the marina recently installed a new boat ramp and 20 new Golden Four-Post Boat Lifts.

The lifts’ structural components use only fully welded 6061 T6 marine-grade aluminum while hardware and cables are 300-series stainless steel to ensure longevity in a corrosive saltwater environment. Golden’s patented Golden Sea-Drive® uses double the industry standard for torque at 8,000 in-lb, to power the lifts. The motor’s zero-back-drive design prevents drive failure and accidental boat drop.

According to owner and 20-year Golden dealer, Tye Borel, the response to the project has been overwhelmingly positive. “They’re simply ecstatic with the results,” he said.
