Improvements at Oklahoma Marina

On Eufaula Lake in Oklahoma, boaters and visitors are enjoying a new restaurant, ship’s store and dock slips at the recently improved Nine Marina. Marine Development Inc. (MDI) completed the project, which is a blend of renovations and new builds, last year. It includes a new 100-foot square platform with a ship’s store, cantina, restrooms and double slips for visiting patrons. Improvements also included 34 covered slips for rent and a new fuel dock with eight double slips for waiting customers.

“It was a pleasure working with Mick and his team at MDI,” said Nine Marina owner Jake Nossaman. “We were able to set up weekly communication calls so I always knew where we were throughout the manufacturing process and what would be coming next. MDI met every timeline, and we worked through every fine detail together to produce an exceptional product. They delivered as promised, on time and on budget, and we are very proud of the result.”
Nine Marina said that the project accomplishes its goal to offer more than just marina service. It is now a “welcome destination” where all visitors and residents can relax and enjoy a day on Eufaula Lake.
