Jensen Beach, Florida Dry Stack Facility

Integra Investments has big plans for its most recent marina acquisition in Martin County, Florida. The Four Fish Inn and Marina of Jensen Beach is the latest addition to Integra’s marina portfolio which includes properties along the east coast from Rhode Island to the Florida Keys and all points in between.

As part of its redevelopment plan, Integra will install a hurricane-compliant dry stack facility to store vessels of up to 35 feet in length, expand the marina’s overall slip count, and add a club amenity to the campus. “We are excited to work closely with Martin County and our partner BLG [Capital Advisors] to bring this boating community a world-class marina and waterfront experience, while delivering a vision for a unique waterfront community,” said Victor Ballestas, a principal with Integra. ”This will be a signature destination marina for our growing portfolio.”

The Four Fish property also includes nine acres of prime upland real estate which Integra plans to develop into luxury waterfront residences. Oasis Marinas will manage the property, adding to its extensive roster of premier east coast facilities. The Four Fish Marina is located just off Florida’s famed Intracoastal Waterway at channel marker 222.
