Nettles Marina in Jensen Beach, Florida was scheduled to sell to new buyers on October 19. According to Simply Marinas, the marina offers a unique ownership advantage by combining multiple income sources from the marina, retail strip center, and a small mini-storage component. The marina is permitted for 77 wet slips accommodating boats 40-60 feet, with some slips able to handle vessels up to 100 feet. The location offers boaters nearby amenities such as dining, shopping, and bars, and is a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 45-minute drive from Palm Beach Airport.
