JDS Real Estate Services Inc., in association with the Leisure Investment Properties Group, LLC, announced the sale of Horizon Marina winter storage and service department located in Alexandria Bay, New York. Brett Murphy, vice president of investments, was the lead marina advisor for the transaction.

Horizon Marina winter storage and service department is a first-class operation in Alexandria Bay, catering to an affluent yachting clientele on the St. Lawrence River, which is central to the Thousand Islands region. The facility is comprised of seven winter storage buildings, totaling 119,000 square feet of leasable space for approximately 245 vessels that average 45-feet in length. In addition to offering premier heated storage, Horizon Marina offers routine and emergency repair services, and boat care.
