Colliers’ Leisure Property Advisors Brokers Ends the Year with 3 Sales

Colliers’ Leisure Property Advisors has represented the sellers of several properties over the past month.

Minar Marine in Sea Isle City, New Jersey was purchased by a local investor after multiple offers were received. The site includes 153 wet slips and 300 dry racks and has the potential for expansion.

Pensacola Marinas in Pensacola, Florida generated eight offers with some arriving up until closing. The portfolio of three properties that includes Island Cove Marina, Palm Harbor Marina, and Yacht Harbor Marina, offers a total of more than 200 slips. The buyer, a local investor, appreciated the site’s potential for expansion through the development of the uplands.

Marina Bay Yacht Harbor on San Francisco Bay in Richmond, California, is a large marina with more than 800 slips. It was sold in December to Safe Harbor Marinas as it fits well with their existing operations in this region.
