Lido Key, Florida, Marina Under Renovations

On Lido Key, a barrier island off the coast of Sarasota, Florida, Marine Max Sarasota just wrapped up phase 2 of an improvement project performed by Golden Marine Systems in conjunction with Sarasota-based Duncan Seawall, Dock & Boat Lift. The project included fixed aluminum docks along with a new 8’ wide x 200’ long floating staging dock. Golden utilized their 850 Series Single Track System with a brick paver decking. “The brick paver decking is a unique option that creates stability and a great aesthetic,” said Michael Shanley, president of Golden Marine Systems. The system also includes adjustable cleats, an IPE fascia board, and gangway with IPE decking.
