Luxury Yacht Club Coming to Miami, Florida

A new luxury boating opportunity is coming to the Miami area. Home to South Florida’s first and only new private golf course in more than 25 years, Shell Bay has now unveiled a private 48-slip yacht club on the Intracoastal Waterway for the exclusive benefit of its members. The Shell Bay Yacht Club will also offer two 55-foot houseboats to those members who wish to enjoy the water without the hassle of boat ownership and maintenance. The resort also offers a sea-to-table culinary experience where the in-house chef will prepare a member’s catch-of-the-day. New luxury condominiums, beginning at $2 million, are expected to be completed in 2026.
