Keystone Harbor

Keystone Harbor in Mannford, Oklahoma, sold for an undisclosed price to a Dallas-based family. Colliers’ Leisure Property Advisors represented the seller. The marina has 244 wet slips and approvals to expand to over 400 wet slips. The 25-acre property also includes an RV park with 50 sites that can be expanded, an RV/Airstream rental business, boat rentals, and The Harbor Grill restaurant. Amenities include restrooms with showers, laundry, courtesy golf carts, lounge and patio, concierge services, trailers storage, and onsite repairs and maintenance services.

Baysville Marina & Six Mile Lake Huntsville Marine
Maple Leaf Marinas, acquired three Ontario Marinas: Baysville Marina, Lake of Bays Wawautosa Trading Post & Marina, and Six Mile Lake Huntsville Marine. Huntsville Marine comes with several boat lines, including Princecraft and Monterey. The company also acquired 2.5-acres of vacant “Marine Commercial” lands located directly beside its Walkers Point Marina facility on Lake Muskoka. Walkers Point Marina is home to the company’s flagship Cobalt Dealership.

Portland Boat Works
The Cusson family, owners of Westbrook, Connecticut-based Atlantic Outboard and Westbrook Marine Center, acquired Portland Boat Works in Portland, Connecticut, and Harbor One Marina in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Portland Boat Works has summer seasonal slips, over 100,000 square feet of indoor winter boat storage, and the capacity to haul and launch boats up to 60 tons. It is also Connecticut’s exclusive Tiara Yachts Dealer. Harbor One Marina offers gas and diesel sales, has a pool and a restaurant on-site, and many more amenities.

Lakeshore Marina

Leisure Investment Properties Group, LLC brokered the sale of Lakeshore Marina on Watauga Lake in East Tennessee. The lead marina advisor was Jeff Spilman, CCIM. The marina has 490 slips, 18 cabins/rooms rental units, and the 125-seat “Captain’s Table” restaurant. This property attracted multiple offers through the brokers’ proprietary investor network.

The Bridge Marina & Urbanna Port Marina

Coastal Marina Sales completed the sale of The Bridge Marina and the Urbanna Port Marina, two adjacent marinas that make up the primary commercial marina facilities in Urbanna, Virginia. These two marinas have been combined under the new name Urbanna Boatyard & Marina. The property has 172 fixed and floating wet slips, a restaurant, hauling and repair services, fuel, lodging, transient slips, and additional amenities.

Coconut Cay RV Park & Marina
Michelle Ash of Simply Marinas represented the buyer and seller in the confidential, off-market sale of Coconut Cay RV Park and Marina in Marathon, Florida. The property features a 25-space RV park, 12 live-aboard slips, 120 feet of linear transient dockage, 3 acres upland, and over a quarter-mile of waterfront with a lakeside pool and bayside beach.

Miami River Marina

Simply Marinas broker Michelle Ash represented both parties on the sale of the Miami River Marina in Miami, Florida. The buyer is an investor for a long-term hold as the property has appreciation with its recent zoning that allows 200 units per acre. The marina has 350-feet river frontage with dockage and a building that houses two warehouses used for storage and minor repairs.

Key Harbor Marina
Suntex Marina Investors LLC acquired Key Harbor Marina in Waretown, New Jersey. Key Harbor is a full-service marina on the “Jersey Shore” that can accommodate boats up to 65-feet and offers 260 in-water slips as well as dry storage options. The site also includes three climate-controlled bathhouses, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to a bayfront pool, an onsite restaurant, a service department, ship’s store, new and used boat sales, and a 50-ton travelift for servicing large vessels.
