Marine Trade Associations Create Business Guide For Work During COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing guidelines and new hygiene recommendations are changing the way businesses must operate. In recognition of this, the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA) has collaborated with marine trades associations to produce the “Guide to Operating Your Boat Business Safely.” This 58-page publication is designed for marinas, boat dealers and boatyard owners. It includes articles, tips, best practices, downloads and spreadsheets that will help you adjust your business practices for the COVID-19 rules. Marine trades associations that contributed to the guide include: the Association of Marina Industries, Connecticut Marine Trades Association, Michigan Boating Industries Association, Marine Industries Association of South Florida, Massachusetts Marine Trades Association, Marine Trades Association of Maryland, Marine Trades Association of New Jersey, New York Sea Grant, and Rhode Island Marine Trades Association.
