New Marina in Bradenton

Technomarine has begun construction on the marina “One Particular Harbour – Margaritaville Marina” at Harbour Isle. The marina will be situated on Perico Island and Anna Maria Sound in Brandenton, Florida.

The project will include the excavation of 45,000 cubic yards to create a basin just off the Anna Maria Sound for the 56-slip marina. The marina is designed for boats that average from 40 to 50 feet in length.

Technomarine will also be constructing a dry storage facility to house 128 boats under cover. The expected completion date for the project is March 2018.
