New Owners and Management For Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center

Integra Investment’s in-house vertical, Integra Marinas, recently purchased Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center in downtown Miami, Florida. Oasis Marinas has been tapped to manage the facility that is within walking distance to various entertainment options and home to the renowned Miami International Boat Show.

This marina features up to 222 slips and can accommodate boats up to 110 feet in length. The slips are available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, offering a concrete fixed dock system with water and electrical hook ups up to 100 amps. On site amenities include a gas and diesel fueling station, a modern bathhouse and laundry facility, and a retail store with groceries and sundries. For the comfort of guests, each pier is locked and gated, and security is on site after hours.
