Oasis to Manage Skipjack Cove

Oasis Marinas has officially begun operational management at Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort & Marina in Georgetown, Maryland. With the addition of Skipjack Cove to its portfolio, Oasis Marinas now operates five properties in the Upper Chesapeake Bay area and increased to 20 marinas in the state of Maryland.

Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort & Marina underwent new ownership in July 2022; the new owners, Monument Marine Group, quickly tapped Oasis Marinas to manage this premier property. Oasis aims to bring its hospitality proficiency to this already established marina and the Upper Chesapeake boaters. The leadership team and staff will remain and continue to improve upon their operation. Located on the Sassafras River, Skipjack Cove is an extensive property, with 365 slips, a fuel dock, ship’s store, on-site restaurant, and a full suite of resort amenities to appreciate.  

While visiting Skipjack Cove, boaters and guests can enjoy Signals Grille and Deck, overlooking the Sassafras River. In addition, the marina offers amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, an exercise room, and a boater’s lounge.
