Pelican Isle Yacht Club Completes $4.8 Million Dollar Clubhouse Renovation

Pelican Isle Yacht Club re-opened its newly redesigned 20,000-square-foot clubhouse in January 2018. It features a contemporary design with an upgraded dining room, expanded indoor and outdoor casual dining areas, a state-of-the-art-kitchen, enhanced water views from the clubhouse and new meeting and banquet spaces. New outdoor dining and activity features include two bocce courts and fire pits.

Pelican Island Yacht Club is located in southwest Florida just five minutes from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico at Wiggins Pass on the Cocohatchee River. Although the clubhouse was closed for more than nine months during the renovation, the yacht club’s marina remained open and operational.
