Register for NMMA’s Webcast “Re-evaluating Your Choice of Entity After Tax Reform”

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) is hosting an hour-long webcast on taxes entitled, “Re-evaluating Your Choice of Entity After Tax Reform.” Targeted toward CFO’s and controllers, the session will focus on the impact the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act has had on traditional rules, such as allowing some S corporations and partnerships to qualify for new pass-through deductions to cut their tax rates. Other areas that will be covered include the benefits and downfalls of remaining an S corporation, converting partnerships to C corporations, and issues beyond tax savings that should be considered when making any choices. The webcast will be presented by a team of managers and partners from RSM US part of a global network of independent audit, tax and consulting firms.
