Simply Marinas Brokers Sale of Tennessee Marinas

Simply Marinas has brokered two off-market marina sales in Tennessee through the use of the Simply Marinas’ confidential network. The owner of both Four Corners Yacht Club and Cedar Creek Marina, two of Tennessee’s largest, first-class marina resorts had an established, long-term relationship with Simply Marinas who previously brokered its properties of Grider Hill Marina Resort and Wisdom Dock Marina Resort, both in Kentucky, and Hales Bar in Tennessee.

The owner contacted Simply Marinas to test the waters on a sale in this strong market. Both assets were under agreement within a week.
