Stock Island Yacht Club Changes Ownership

Collier’s Leisure Property Advisors represented the sellers in the sale of Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina in Key West, Florida. Sold January 31 to Southern Marinas, the full-service marina has 100 wet slips and more than 200 dry racks. The marina will be a major component of an upland resort development project that the seller, Spottswood Companies Inc. will be undertaking later this year.
