Suntex Acquires Pleasure Cove Marina

Suntex Marina Investors, LLC (Suntex) has acquired Pleasure Cove Marina on Lake Berryessa in Napa, California. The facilities at Pleasure Cove Marina include boat slips, a convenience store, fuel dock and boat, PWC, kayak and canoe rentals. In addition, the property includes four and eight-person cabins and 140 camp and RV sites. Lake Berryessa has more than 165 miles of shoreline located between Blue Ridge and Cedar Roughs, east of Napa Valley and just an hour from San Francisco.  The area has more than 1.5 million visitors each year.

The Suntex portfolio of 48 marinas are located in California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Virginia.
