Suntex Purchases Tampa Marinas

Suntex Marinas, LLC was scheduled to close on the acquisition of The Marinas at Little Harbor mid-October, according to Simply Marinas owner/broker Michelle Ash. The property includes Antiqua Cove and Village Marina. Antiqua Cove is a deep-water marina on a well-protected basin on Tampa Bay. The marina offers 99 concrete docks for vessels up to 65 feet. Village Marina offers 99 fixed wooden docks with spaces that support boats up to 65 feet. A dry stack facility can accommodate boats from 18-36 feet in length. Within walking distance, boaters can find restaurants, hotels, secluded beaches, and resort amenities.
